Upon retiring from Lockheed’s Advanced Technology Center in 1998, John began focusing on hobbies such as instrumental and vocal music performance, foreign travel, foreign language studies (Spanish, French, and German), hiking the pilgrim trails across Europe, and other outdoor adventures. These activities are presented under hobbies, adventures, and expeditions.
